SignalMarkets operates as a Guaranteed Introducing Broker (GIB). Foris DAX FCM, LLC, doing business as Crypto.com FCM, serves as the Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) for SignalMarkets. Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) operates the exchange as a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and the clearinghouse as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO). The relationships involving the FCM, exchange, and clearinghouse are distinct from SignalMarkets' role as the GIB.
