Signal Summit 2026
Registration privacy notice
Last updated October 21, 2026
This notice explains what we collect when you register for Signal Summit, the SignalMarkets launch event on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and how we use it. “We” means Signal Markets, LLC.
What we collect
- From everyone who registers: your name, email address, how you plan to join (in Boston or online), which best describes you (student, working professional, retired or other), and your school or company if you share it.
- If you request a Boston seat: your mobile number, your ZIP code and your confirmation that you plan to attend.
- Your choice: whether you want SignalMarkets launch updates by email.
- How you found us: the link you arrived from, such as an ad, so we know which invitations work.
- Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real people from automated sign-ups. It checks signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, only for that purpose. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider records details such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
- Ad measurement: this page can use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta, which uses cookies and similar technology to record visits and completed registrations. Meta may use this information to measure our ads and to show ads to you and others on and off its apps, under its own policies. We don't send your name or email address to Meta. To opt out of interest-based ads, visit optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu, or change the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
How we use it
- To register you and send your confirmation, your livestream link or your Boston seat confirmation, and event details.
- To manage Boston seating, which is limited. Your ZIP code helps us offer seats to guests who can attend in person.
- To reach you about your Boston seat if we need to, using the mobile number you gave us.
- To email you SignalMarkets launch updates, only if you tick that box. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We never share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else handles it
Service providers that host this page and run our registration, spam-protection and email tools, such as Mailchimp, which sends our Signal Summit emails, and Cloudflare, which runs the form's spam check, handle your details for us, only to provide those services.
At the event
Signal Summit is filmed and streamed live. If you attend in Boston, you may appear in photos and video of the evening.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for Signal Summit and its follow-up, or longer where the law requires. If you opted into launch updates, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any email. To see, correct or delete your registration details, reply to any Signal Summit email and we will take care of it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your details. No website or system can be completely secure.
Children
Signal Summit registration is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
